That’s why we’re looking for our next VP of Risk Ops, who will be part of a high-performing group with the following main responsibilities:

- Define and implement the collections strategy, including monthly targets for team members 

- Monitor the achievement of collections goals, taking into account key productivity indicators 

- Review and optimize the area’s costs 

- Understand risk granularity and provide actionable feedback to the admissions team.

- Seek the best collection alternatives, considering the full economic equation (not only collection costs but also CoR)

- Design monthly campaigns and/or products for different collection segments.

What we’re looking for in this role:

- 6 years of experience in project management

- Ideally, experience in operations, collections, and asset recovery

- Preferably, experience in the tech industry
